Tonya Rush, is a businesswoman and the presumptive Democratic Missouri State Representative elect, for the 67th.  legislative district in north county. She joined us in the first hour to talk about her preparations for the upcoming legislative session. Tonya also talked about her latest business venture. “Blend” located in the 27 hundred block of Sidney Street in south St. Louis, specializing in Smoothies. ----

The second hour, social justice activists, Attorney  Jerryl Christmas and Reverend Darryl Gregory Gray, both regular Tangazo commentators, joined me in studio for a passionate discussion, about the upcoming Afro Day in Fairgrounds Park. A celebration of activist Percy Green II and his lifetime of activism, scheduled to begin October 5th. in Fairgrounds Park. ---- 

We also spend time ,talking about the need for Democratic Congressman “elect” Wesley Bell, to get more involved, with increasing black voter turnout in the upcoming General Elections. --------
